The Accommodation

See extra photos of this beautiful gypsy caravan. This traditional bow-top gypsy waggon with its delightful, detailed paintings is a truly romantic and wonderful place to stay, and you have access to an amazing treehouse where you can feed wild badgers! Privately located with your own kitchen and bathroom in the accompanying shepherd's hut, this is the ultimate romantic gypsy caravan holiday.

The organic farm where the caravan is situated lies at about 900 feet in the upper Wye Valley, a great place for families - with a wealth of activities on the door step. This unspoilt area is little touched by tourism, you have 200 acres of 'your' land to explore and direct access to miles of open mountain trails.

Great for fly-fishing on the Wye - you have access to brown trout and (sometimes) salmon over a 1.5 mile stretch of the river. Right in the heart of Wales in ‘kite country’, surrounded by the hills, mountains and moors of Plynlimon (Pumlumon) and the Cambrian mountains.

The accommodation is great, but what makes this place a winner is the genuine sense of being close to nature and wildlife that you get from staying here. You have immediate access onto beautiful open mountain moorland which is intersected by great walking and cycle routes. You can also walk further down again to the river which has a boardwalk along it - you have access to 1.5 miles of private river frontage.
