How to book
Availability
To book your holiday with us first choose when
and where you want to stay. You can find the availability for a
specific place in each of the accommodation
detail pages, or you
can search for
availability across all of our accommodation by month. We also
offer extra discounts
at certain times of the year.
Booking Price
To calculate the exact price of your chosen break, click
your desired start date in any of our calendars. If the date is
marked green you can be sure it's available, because we block the
dates out as soon as you book. You then select the length of stay
and tell us about other options which affect the price, such as
the number of guests. If you're happy with the price you can move
onto booking and payment.
Booking Details and Payment
To complete your booking, fill in the payment
form with your personal details and select your chosen payment
method. We accept credit cards, debit cards and cheques. Credit Cards
carry
a 2% surcharge which is automatically added to the booking price.
If you are booking more than 8 weeks before
your holiday we'll ask for a deposit and then the remainder is
due 6 weeks before your
holiday. If paying by card we'll take the money when it becomes
due. If you've chosen to pay by cheque you must ensure your payment
is posted on time to avoid your holiday being cancelled.
Confirmation and Status
Once
you've sucesfully made your booking, our availability calendar
is updated immidaitely. We'll tell you the
status of your
booking and what happens next at every stage. Once fully paid we'll
give you access to our arrival instructions and any other detaills
you
will
need before arrival.
Each time we change your booking we'll email
you to let you know we've done something.
