To book your holiday with us first choose which accommodation
you want. You can find the availability
for each of our accommodation in the accommodation detail
pages, or you can search for availability
across all of our accommodation. Our calendars use the following

Choose how long you want to stay from the drop down list
(you don't have to stick with the default of shortbreak or 3 nights). Then
simply hover your mouse over the calendar and the blue section
will highlight the nights you can book. The arrival and departure
dates are clearly shown along with the basic price.
The highlight section will expand or contract
to for the allowed change-over night. Where the highlight block
snapps to Mondy or Friday or up to the previous / next booking
this is the policy at that accommodation.
When you've made your selection simply
click it to book it!
We apply additional charges for pets, extras
and at a lot of accommodation we also charge 5% extra per person.
So on the details page you'll be able to make these option adjustments
to get a full quote.
If you're happy with the price you can move
onto booking and payment. We won't alter the price after this stage
and there are no hidden
extras and nothing more to pay.
Late Availability and Linked Bookings
At some properties you can book breaks starting within
the next 24 hours if you pay at the time of booking.
If you want to book two or more properties at the same time then
simply make multiple bookings. You don't need to pay until you
have made all the reservations you need.
To complete your booking enter your personal details and
click the ‘make booking’ button. At this stage your
booking is reserved. We'll then confirm everything on the screen
for you. If you are booking more than 8 weeks before your holiday
we'll ask for a 25% deposit and then the remainder is due 6 weeks
before your holiday. Otherwise we'll ask for the full balance straight
Confirmation and Status
Once you've successfully made your booking, our availability
calendar is updated immediately. We'll tell you the status of your
booking and what happens next at every stage of your booking. Our
booking system automatically handles cancellations of overdue payments
so do make a note in your diary of when the balance is due. While
we don't want you to miss your holiday we can't keep dates booked
out indefinitely. You can check your booking status at any time
by clicking the My
Booking link available from our homepage and
if you lose your reference numbers you can get a handy reminder.
You can pay by debit or credit card – there is 2.5% surcharge
for paying by credit card (none for debit). This surcharge is a
partial contribution to the greater costs that we pay the card
handlers. The card payment system is handled by a PCI compliant
card handling company, and as such is much
safer and more reliable than providing your card details over the
phone for someone to type into a machine for you.
Our systems will automatically cancel your
holiday if no payment is received. Your balance is due
by 23:59 on the payment
deadline date. We politely advise customers to pay in advance
in case their card cannot be authorised on the last day for any
If you change your mind or need to make any alterations then do let us know.
You can make all allowed changes using our self service system, usually
without any financial penalty.
