* We receive many enquiries of a similar nature, so please do review
FAQ section before contacting us.
We try to reply to your messages same day or at least next working day,
but don't operate a 9-5 office as we're often out checking up on new properties
during the day. If you've sent us an email and we've not replied in a day
or two it usually means the spam
filter has had it. If you have a booking please add your comment there,
if not please call or resend your email.
Under the Thatch provides it's current and up to date availability and
pricing online, and provides guests and owners alike with online
access to view and adjust bookings 24hr a day. We keep costs down by
not having an army of people taking bookings over the phone.
If you have an existing booking please use our self
service system to either
directly change your account or send a message directly to the owner. If
you prefer to speak to someone then the owners contact numbers are available
to you in the arrival instruction pack. If you want to cancel please
do so online to be eligible for any allowed transfer of funds already

holiday. Sorry, but in order to
give you competitive holiday prices we do not provide a phone, email
or postal booking service.
