The water supply is mountain spring water which occasionally has a natural peaty colour; owner supplies bottled drinking water for guests. Property is reached via 0.5 mile farm track with five gates, care should be taken when driving. Private pike fishing is available - request information from owners after booking. Little mobile reception hence payphone in cottage.
