Bryn Dedwydd
Pentrefoelas,Eryri
Cysgu 8+cot. Dim cwn yma

Despite being arguably the most beautiful part of Wales, Snowdonia is surprisingly short of stylish places to stay.

It took us 5 years of looking before we found a cottage that met our criteria! We're delighted to introduce our first property in Snowdonia - Bryn Dedwydd ('Blessed Hill'), which is one of our most luxurious and best-appointed properties.

Expect an immaculate contemporary interior in a fantastic location, with beautiful open landscape views on all sides.

When a stockbroker and an artist get together you expect great things, and we don't think you'll be disapointed here - the quality of this conversion is excellent and the interior has a stylish contempoary feel with original art on virtually every wall.

Bryn Dedwydd hasn't been done up 'on the cheap' and there is some lovely attention to detail.

Bryn Dedwydd sleeps 8 in four bedrooms but its 'T' shaped floor-plan means that doesn't swallow smaller parties.

Stay here if you want to experience comfort, a bit of luxury, and have access to great walks, the sights of Snowdonia National Park, and some amazing wildlife.

There are some great country walks from the door, or just a mile to a friendly village pub. Village shop under 2 miles.

Bryn Dedwydd ('Blessed Hill') is peacefully situated down a private track.

There is a former farmhouse just next door but not close enough to impinge on your privacy. The exact location is seen HERE, just 5 minutes off the A5 that gives you access to Snowdonia.

The picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed is just 8 miles away.

The conversion has full central heating and is snug at any time of the year. It comprises:

Large lounge with double-height ceiling, plenty of comfortable sofas, woodburner and two sets of French doors onto decking patio. TV & DVD. Starter basket of logs supplied, further baskets available for purchase or locally from shop in village etc.

Ground-floor cloakroom toilet

Dining room (table seats 8) with large French door to further patio area.

Ground-floor master bedroom with slate en-suite wetroom

Large kitchen with everything you'd expect (dishwasher, double hob etc). CD radio.

Utility with door to garden and washing machine.

Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom (bath, no shower).

Every bedroom has a good rural/mountain view. There is a travel-cot and high chair available (no charge, but guests bring own cot bedding).

Outside there is a garden, two patios, parking for four vehicles. Country walks start at the door.

Explore this area:

Snowdonia National Park can be seen by clicking here.

Local Mountain Bike routes here.

The local pub (walkable) also has course fishing on its lake and is good for food.

The local village of Pentrefoelas (2 miles) is pretty, and even has its own website.

Betws-y-Coed is just 8 miles and famous for its picturesque beauty.

There is a choice of great castles within a half hour drive. Our favourite is Dolwyddelan (15 miles) or the amaxing Conwy is just 20 miles.

Just 7 miles to Llyn Brenig (lake) where you can relax, fish, sail or just have a cuppa in the cafe.

Or 25 miles to beaches at Porthmadog or Llandudno.

Er fod Eryri yn un o’r llefydd harddaf yng Nghymru, mae prinder mawr o lefydd o safon i aros yma.

Ar ol pum mlynedd o chwilio, rydym wedi darganfod bwthyn sydd yn cyrraedd ein safon! Mae’n bleser ganddym gyhoeddi ein bwthyn cyntaf yn ardal yr Eryri – Bryn Dedwedd, sydd nawr yn un o’n bwthynod fwyaf moethus a chysurus.

Yn ogystal a lleoliad arbennig sydd gydag olygfeydd prydferth gwledig o amgylch, disgwyliwch adeilad wedi ei chru i safon uchel iawn.

Nid yw’n syndod gan feddwl mai celfyddwr a brocer-stoc sydd wedi dod at ei gilydd i greu y bwthyn hon! Mae eu sylw i fanyldeb i’w weld ym mhob man, o’r steil chyfoes tufwenol i’r cerflyniau sydd i’w weld ar hyd y bwthyn.

Hwn yw eiddo mwyaf sydd gyda ni, gan gysgu 8 o bobl mewn pedwar ystafell. Yn ogystal a chysgu grwp mawr, mae siap yr adeilad yn golygu ei fod yn gyfforddus i hyd yn oed dau berson yn unig.

Arhoswch yma os ydych eisiau profi moethusrwydd a chysurdeb. Mae lawer o lwybrau cerdded o amgylch, gan gofio bod chwi ar ddrws parc genedlaethol Eryri sydd yn llawn o fywyd gwyllt ac adar.

I fyny llwybr or adeilad, mae hawl i grywdro’n rhydd ar hyd y mynyddoedd, neu os hoffech, mae tafarn o fewn filltir dda i’r adeilad, ac mae siop y pentref o fewn dwy filltir.

Mae Bryn Dedwedd wedi ei leoli mewn le tangnefol iawn, i fyny trac preifat. Mae tu fferm hen drws nesaf, ond wedi ei leoli fel nad yw ef yn effiethio dim ar eich aros. Gwelch yr union leoliad YMA. Dim ond 5 munud o’r A5 sydd yn arwain yn uniongyrchol i’r Eryri. Mae pentref Betws-y-Coed 8 milltir i ffwrdd.

Mae gwresogi canolog dwryr adeilad i gyd. Mae’r adeilad yn cynnwys:

Lolfa fawr sydd a tho uchel, digon o soffa’s cyfforddus, than llosgi pren a drysau ffrengig sydd yn arwain tu fas i le eistedd.

Mae toiled cyntedd ar y llawr gwaelod.

Mae’r prif ystafell wely ar y llawr gwaelod sydd gydag ystafell wlyb ei hun wedi ei wneud o lechi.

Cegin fawr sy’n cynnwys popeth fydd angen arnoch (peiriant golchi dillad, llestri, stof fawr).

I fyny grisiau mae dwy ystafell fawr ddwbl, ac ystafell arall sy’n cynnwys dwy wely sengl yn ogystal a ystafell molchi (bath nid cawod). Mae pob ystafell gydag arolwg gwych o’r ardal gwledig hon.

Tu allan mae yno ardd, dau patio, a le i barcio ar gyfer pedwar car. Mae lwybrau cerdded i’w gael o’r ddrws.
