The Accommodation

This lovely snug cottage for two is a lovingly (and sympathetically) converted barn restoration packed with original features and charm. It is a cosy and stylish living space located at the start of the Gwaun valley, one of the most picturesque valleys in the Pembrokshire National Park.

Stablau Hen sits with it's sister property Beudy Ty Hen and is styled in a traditional way. In the middle of it's own land, surrounded by gorgeous countryside and with it's own stunning views, it is a great place to get away from it all. There is a quiet public footpath that runs down to the river. The pasture, hedges and woodland on the smallholding have been managed and restored to promote wildlife – one of the boundaries is the River Gwaun. Ty Hen fairly teems with wildlife: badgers, bats and otters - you will not want to move from this peaceful haven!

An amazing added bonus to staying in this charming cottage is the use of stone built stabling, a sand arena and post and railed paddocks for visitors with horses, check our Facebook album here.
