Please review our FAQs and other help before contacting us

Whenever possible please use our self service systems to update your own booking. Messages added to your account are time stamped, cannot be lost by spam filters and are actioned first by our team rather then the specific person you have emailed. In most cases you can self service your own booking changes without any admin fees.

If you want to check the availability of any of our accommodation please see our availability chart, this information is the most up to date information we have and links directly to our live availability database.

If you want to check the price of your chosen holiday please complete the first half of the booking enquiry form.

To book a break please complete the live booking form. Your break will be booked in automatically.

If you have a general question then please look at our Frequently Ask Questions (FAQ) section as we try and answer common questions there.

If you want to ask specific questions about any of our accommodation please email us, we aim to reply within three working days.

If you want to make multiple bookings either several holidays in a year or to book two co-located holiday accommodations then simply complete multiple live bookings, we'll store your details so all you need to do is select the dates. Each holiday is separate on our system so you need to complete separate payments but we'll cross link them to make it easy for you to navigate.

If you need to call us our number is 01239 851 410 (+ 44 1239 851 410 if outside the UK). Our office hours are strictly 09:30am to 12:45pm Mondays to Fridays excluding bank holidays. Our number can be busy so it is often preferable if you email or add a comment to your booking. We operate a call back service for UK landline numbers only, simply email us with a brief note about your request and we'll get back to you. (We can read the numbers off email a lot better than we can hear them from a voicemail.)

If you wish to ask a question for our landlords or amend or cancel your holiday please access your booking. You can amend most elements, cancel yourself or add requests for our landlords or housekeeping staff.
