You can cycle or walk along the footpath from the National Trust's Llanerchaeron estate to Aberaeron following the Aeron river.

- Access to a public footpath that takes you to a waterfall beyond - there's 3/4 acre of wild woodland immediately adjacent to the property that you may access at own risk.

- The bustling coastal town of Aberaeron is only a five minute drive away and offers shopping as well as a great selection of restaurants and pubs - 3 miles - 5 min drive
- NT Llanerchaeron estate - 2.5 miles
- A further 10 minutes away is the busy fishing village of New Quay where dolphin boat trips are a must and the Dylan Thomas trail has landmarks here - 10 miles - 10 mins drive
- Quieter beaches such as Cei Bach - 7 miles
- National Trust beach at Penbryn are 30 mins way and are a great place to relax, swim, kayak and paddle boards - 16 miles (30 mins drive)
