We aim to reply to all messages within 1-2 working days. However, we are often out of the office checking properties, so we may not be able to reply during normal working hours. If you have not received a reply within 2 days, please check your spam folder. If your email is not in your spam folder, please add your comment via the booking notes or call us.
Under the Thatch offers guests and owners 24/7 online access to our current and up-to-date availability and pricing. You can view and adjust your bookings at any time, without having to call us. This helps us keep our costs down, as we don't need to have an army of people taking bookings over the phone.
If you have an existing booking, you can use our self-service system to make changes to your account or send a message directly to the owner. If you would prefer to speak to someone, the owner's contact information is available in your arrival instruction pack.
