April 2018

Wonderful secluded cottage in the woods. Lush forest. You will feel like you're in a fairy tale. The cottage is pretty far away from civilization so be prepared with food and good company. A very magical place, a friendly fox came and visited us on our last night. A lovely place to walk and get some rest and relaxation. Bring rain boots the property is pretty muddy, but oh so romantic inside. Perfect getaway. - Julia

April 2018

Romantic, cosy, beautifully decorated little cottage in the most gorgeous setting. Everything we had hoped for and far, far more. Sarah is a wonderful host and had thought of everything. The track can get quite muddy but once you're there it couldn't be cosier - fur-lined chairs, a wood burning stove, lovely bath with lots of hot water and the squishiest bed for a relaxing night's sleep. There is a hob, kettle, fridge and toaster but no oven or microwave so plan your meals carefully. And bring wellies/walking boots as there is a lovely walk around the grounds of the castle. It was like living in a fairytale... we will absolutely be back! - Michael
